If he pays more attention in school, he may realize that Ice 10 is a form of ice that forms under immense pressure (70 GPa or 691k Atmospheres). So, by using this and the latin form of Ice, Glacies, he can call himself
Glacies-X (X pronounced as the letter)
Because he is cool under pressure.

I have a soft spot for him. I can see how frostrating it can be not coming up with a good name. I suppose it can be a form of cool and unusual punishment. Icee him as a fellow soul. A name means something, he should be able to sp-ice it up.
