So, we took inspiration from the old Fleischer Superman cartoons for the design of Draco’s attic and Doom Ray. Anyone whose watched those things will recall that there’s this one hill outside the city where all the bad guys would always set up shop. I like to imagine that Draco’s jut the new tenant.
